NPs in Ontario can complete comprehensive assessments, order blood tests and diagnostic imaging such as MRI, ultrasound, etc., make a diagnosis and prescribe medications, refer to specialists, and order other treatments. Tests, referrals, and medications are covered by OHIP, drug plans such as ODB, and employer health plans.Time spent with the NP cannot be billed to OHIP. Some employer plans might cover the cost of the NP visit.

Unrushed initial assessment includes a comprehensive blood analysis and quarterly appointments for four appointments.  Forms are an additional cost.

In-person for initial assessment, the virtual option is available for quarterly appointments.

We understand that healthcare is typically available during the day, with limited access in the early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We do our best to accommodate your schedule so that you can fully benefit from our services and improve your health. 

Call or email us and we will book you in for an initial telephone call with the NP.  When you register with Health Hub, the NP will send a requisition for blood work which can be completed at any lab. Once blood results are in, we will book your initial assessment.
